In today’s turbulent world, communication is under pressure. Shifting political and cultural landscapes overseas, are influencing how brands speak and act here at home. Some companies adapt to the pressure. Others stay true to their values.

So what does it mean to communicate with integrity and what responsibility do we carry as communicators?

Join us for a thought-provoking breakfast seminar on Thursday, 15 May.

Dr. Hani Khalifa is a medical doctor and TEDxKI speaker. He will take us behind the scenes of humanitarian work and show us how listening, bearing witness, and voicing the unspoken can be as powerful as any treatment. Hani has also seen first-hand what can happen when we remain silent.

Gina Azaric has a background as CMO in companies such as Tre, Kicks and most recently Telia. She will share examples from her work leading initiatives on diversity and inclusion, and how values-driven communication can strengthen your brand from the inside out.

Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. After half an hour of mingling, the seminar, which will be held in English, will start at 8:30 a.m. and last for an hour.

Meet Gina Azaric and Hani Khalifa

Gina Azaric

Senior Executive, Advisor & Board Professional

Gina is a dynamic executive with a proven record of scaling businesses, leading turnarounds, and driving purpose-led growth. She has held CMO roles at Tre, Arla, KICKS, and Telia, receiving honors such as Marketing Manager of the Year for her transformative work in brand building and commercial leadership.

Gina holds a BSc from Lund University and executive studies at Harvard in Innovation, AI Strategy, and Leadership & Happiness. A certified yoga and meditation teacher, Gina bridges business, society, and personal development. Having founded Yoga for Good, supporting The Hunger Project, and chairing the Founders Running Club, she champions community, wellbeing, and values-driven leadership.

Hani Khalifa

Senior Consultant & Chief Medical Doctor

A Senior Consultant and Chief Medical Doctor at Järva Urgent Care Center, Hani also holds an affiliated lecturer position at the Center for Health Crises at Karolinska Institute. Through Doctors Without Borders, Hani has worked extensively with individuals and communities affected by conflict, epidemics, natural and human-made disasters, providing him with invaluable insight into direct patient care, project leadership, and health policy development across diverse contexts.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hani played a key role as an expert medical doctor on the Crisis Management Team at the Swedish National Board for Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen), contributing to Sweden’s response efforts.
